Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

FullOnBaan offers digital training products including eBooks, video course bundles, and combo packages. Because these are digital goods that are delivered electronically, our cancellation and refund policy is as described below. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Order Cancellation

Once a payment is successfully processed and the digital product has been dispatched to your registered email address, the order cannot be cancelled. If you have not yet received your product and wish to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at fullonbaan@gmail.com.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged but did not receive the product within 48 hours of confirmed payment
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The digital content has already been downloaded or accessed
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with devices not meeting standard PDF/video requirements
  • Partial use of combo or bundle products
  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at fullonbaan@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order Reference]" and include:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Payment reference / Razorpay transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. GST amounts included in the original payment will be refunded in full if the refund is approved.

7. Failed Payments

If your payment fails and your account is debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive the reversal, please contact us with your transaction details.
